Summary

To ensure compliance with campus IT standards, system compatibility, and cost-effective purchasing, departments must submit an IT Acquisition Request for the following:

  • Software used beyond a single employee's workstation

  • Cloud-based services

  • Servers or networking equipment

  • IT consulting or professional services
