A limited number of licenses are available for faculty and staff.

How do I Gain Access to Canva Enterprise?
How to obtain a student license
Login: Students can log in using this link: student login for Canva. Note: This login is only for students.
Sign in with your App State email and authenticate via the App State single sign-on page.
The enterprise license will create a new account but does not replace an existing personal account.
By clicking on the user icon in the top-right corner, you will have the ability to "switch" between accounts.
How to obtain a faculty/staff license
To inquire about a license, submit a Service or Software Request. If licenses are unavailable at the time of your request, you may purchase them at the departmental level using established procurement procedures. Faculty/staff may request a Canva Teams account if they:
Use Canva in teaching (course projects, branded class materials)
Create student-facing resources (advising guides, program info, support materials)
Produce official university communications (marketing, outreach, event promotion)
Require brand templates/assets for consistent materials
