To ensure your phone is compatible with App State services and software, install regular updates. 

iPhone

If your device is running iOS 16 or older, update your device using the steps below.

  1. Open the settings on your iOS device and open the General menu.


  2. Tap Software Update to search for and install any necessary updates.
