Managing the site navigation is an important task that heavily affects the user experience. This article will detail the two ways that users can customize the site navigation.
User Roles
Site Managers and Web Team are the only user roles that can edit the site navigation menu.
Navigate to the Main Navigation Menu Page
Step 1: Hover your cursor on structure and click on the Menus link.
Step 2: Click the Edit menu link for the Main Navigation menu

From the Edit menu page you can:
- Create a link
- Edit a link
- Delete a link
- Enable/Disable a link
- Move a link's position within the menu
Create a link
To create a new link, click the blue, Add link button at the top of the page.
Menu link title - The text that will be displayed for the navigation link.
Link - An internal or external destination. The text field will provide autocomplete suggestions as you type. If adding an external link, copy and paste the full URL including "https://...".
Parent Link - A dropdown option provides the ability to nest the link under another existing page as a 'child'.
Move a link
To reposition a link, click and hold the multi-directional icon to the left of a link. You can move the link up and down as well as left and right. Left and right movement will allow you to nest/unnest links.
Edit a link
Click on the Edit button in the link's row to get to edit the link's attributes.
Delete link
Links can be quickly deleted from the menu by clicking on the dropdown caret and clicking the Delete button.
Enable/Disable a link
Links can be hidden from display by unchecking the check box for a link.
Save Changes
When you are ready to finalize your changes, click the save button at the bottom of the page.
