No, you will not need to complete a performance plan and appraisal through the AppState Careers' performance management portal. However, establishing written performance goals and expectations with the temporary employee and providing documented appraisal feedback through other means such as a shared Google Doc, etc. is a best practice that is strongly encouraged.
