What is a DTEN setup?
A DTEN is a large-screen device (like a huge iPad or tablet), either 55 or 75 inches in size, with either one or two screens. When a device is invited to a meeting with Zoom, it will display the Zoom session on the screen, making it easier for the facilitator, the in-class or in-meeting participants, and remote participants to interact. The entire DTEN display is a touchscreen.
What does DTEN provide:
- One touch to start a meeting.
- Ultra-responsive touch-screen displays.
- Smart cameras that move with participants.
- Inclusive, interactive, and uninterrupted collaboration over Zoom.
- Works with Windows and Android operating systems.
- Wireless screen sharing from personal devices (Windows, MacOS, IOS, & Android)
- The ability to add a separate small controller panel to allow meeting controls at the table (purchased separately)

Reminder
Anyone who is in a classroom or conference room and joins a Zoom meeting that includes a DTEN should turn off the speakers and microphone on their computer. Otherwise, audio interference will occur.
Common Issues
- I updated Zoom Rooms and received a black screen. What should I do?
- How do I connect the D7 to Wi-Fi?
- How do I fix issues with the D7 microphone? (The microphone is not working or the quality is not clear)
- Why is the whiteboard button missing on the screen?
- Why is the shutdown or reboot button missing on the screen?
