Problem

Prints or Scans will not appear in Docuware document trays; the Docuware Desktop App is showing with a red/orange warning status

Solution


Resolving Connection Issues with Docuware


(1)  Clear your browser cache one more time (even if you have done it recently please do so one more time – sorry!)

(2)  Log into the Docuware Web client by typing in https://docuware.appstate.edu/docuware                                                                

(if you have a different Docuware path bookmarked please delete it)

(3)  Go to the Gear and click on Connect Desktop Apps:

(4)  You should get this box in the top right corner of Docuware:

(5)  Then open your Docuware Desktop App – go to the bottom right corner of your Taskbar – click on the up arrow, then right-click on the DW blue icon  to open Docuware

(6)   Go to the Connections tab – you should have a connection that looks like this

(7)  If you have any other connections click on the line of the wrong connection then click Remove at the bottom
